The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) is expected to release the Class 11 (HSE +1) exam results on May 19, 2025. Last year, the results were declared on May 14. Once the results are out, students can check them on the official websites:

To view the result, students need to:
- Visit one of the official websites.
- Click on the result link.
- Enter their registration or roll number.
- The result will appear on the screen.
If a student does not pass, they will have another chance to take the supplementary exams.
How to Check Tamil Nadu Class 12 Result 2025
The TN Class 12 results were already declared on May 8, 2025. Supplementary exam dates for Class 12 and Class 11 will be shared soon after the Class 11 results are announced.
TN Class 11 Result 2024: Last Year’s Highlights
Last year, the overall pass percentages for each stream were:
- Science: 94.31%
- Commerce: 86.93%
- Arts: 72.89%
- Vocational: 78.72%
Among the districts:
- Coimbatore had the highest pass rate at 96.02%.
- Erode followed with 95.56%.
- Tirupur was next at 95.23%.
The top-performing districts in 2024 were:
- Tirupur – 96.38%
- Erode – 96.18%
- Coimbatore – 95.73%
- Namakkal – 95.60%
- Tuticorin – 95.43%
TN Class 12 Result 2025: Overview
This year’s Class 12 (Plus Two) pass rate is 95.03%, a small rise from last year. Once again, girls performed better than boys:
- Girls: 96.70%
- Boys: 93.16%
By school type:
- Private schools: 98.88% pass rate
- Government-aided schools: 95.71%
- Government schools: 91.94%
