50% Drop in Box Office Collection on First Monday
On the first Monday, ‘The Greatest of All Time’ (GOAT) saw more than a 50% drop in earnings. According to Sacnilk’s report, the movie earned ₹14 crore on its 5th day, compared to Sunday’s ₹34 crore earnings on Day 4. This brings the film’s total collection across all languages in India to ₹151 crore so far, with the highest revenue coming from the Tamil version. The Hindi version, however, has been underperforming in comparison.
GOAT Movie Box Office Collection Nears ₹300 Crore
Globally, ‘The Greatest of All Time’ has grossed an impressive ₹288 crore in just four days. With a production budget of nearly ₹400 crore, as reported by the media, the film’s creators have left no stone unturned in their investment. Producer Archana Kalpathi revealed in an interview that Thalapathy Vijay charged a whopping ₹200 crore as his fee for the movie, making him the highest-paid superstar in the country.
