From a technical perspective, the counter’s 14-day Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 65.29. Any value below 30 is defined as oversold, while above 70 is considered overbought.

The Ministry of Cooperatives has filed a lawsuit, and the complaints against the real members/investors of the cooperatives of the Sahara Group should be heard by the Supreme Court on July 17. The court, in its order dated March 29, 2023, ordered the transfer of INR 5,000 from Sahara-SEBI’s repayment account to the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS) against legal fees of cooperative members of Sahara Group.

Purpose of CRCS-Sahara Reimbursement Portal:

CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal has been created to address the genuine demands of investors who have invested money in Sahara Group Cooperatives Limited including Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited and Sahara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited. A link to the CRCS-Sahara Refund portal is available on the website of the Ministry of Cooperation (https://cooperation.gov.in/). However, the portal’s link was not working until July 18 at 2:40 p.m.

Return process and amount:

Initially, the refund portal will distribute up to INR 5,000 to investors. Each investor can claim a maximum of INR 10,000 in the first phase. Initially, investors will be refunded up to INR 10,000 during the trial period and this refund amount may increase after a successful trial period. Eligibility and Application Process:

Around 1.07 million investors can register on the redemption portal and claim up to INR 10,000 during this phase. A total of 4 million depositors are eligible for up to INR 10,000. For redemption, depositors need to link Aadhaar with their mobile phone and bank account. Deposit cards must also be provided. Investors need to download the form, fill it and then re-upload it to the portal to process the refund.

Timeline and future initiatives:

Amit Shah confirmed that the refunds will be credited to the claimants’ bank accounts within 45 days of the claim. If this initiative proves to be successful, further decisions will be considered regarding the claims of the investors stuck in the Sahara Group cooperatives for larger amounts.

होम लोन ( Inflation) पर  इंटरेस्ट

भारत देश का सबसे बड़ा बैंक एसबीआई ने अपने होम लोन के लिए एक एक्सटर्नल बेंचमार्क लेंडिंग रेट को भी बड़ा दिया है और अब यह बेंचमार्क का दर लग भग 0.40  फीसदी इनक्रीस कर  7.05 फीसदी कर दिया गया है , और उसी तरह से रेपो लिंक्ड लेंडिंग रेट भी 0.40 फीसदी बढ़ाकर कर 6.65 फीसदी कर दिया गया है , पहले यह दोनों दर थे 6.65 फीसदी और 6.25 फीसदी रेट थी।

स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया की वेबसाइट पर दिए गए जानकारी के मुताबिक , यह बढ़ता इंटरेस्ट रेट दर 1 जून से लागु होने वाला है , स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया ने मार्जिनल कॉस्ट-बेस्ड लेंडिंग रेट को भी 0.10 फीसदी बढ़ाया है , जो की 15 मई 2022 से लागु हो भी चूका है।

गाडी का इंश्योरेंस प्रीमियम

आपको यह भी बता दे की जो भी सड़क , परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग के एक जारी नोटिफिकेशन के हिसाब से अब 1000cc तक का इंजन की क्षमता वाली कारो का इंश्योरेंस प्रीमियम कुल लग भग 2,094 रूपए का होगा। अगर हम बात करे कोविद से पहले की तो यह रकम लग भग 2,072 रूपए था।

और वही 1000cc से 1500cc तक की कारो के लिए इंश्योरेंस प्रीमियम अब 3,416  रूपए होगा , जो की पहले उसका रेट 3,221 रूपए था। और इसके अलावा अगर आपकी कार का इंजन 1500cc से भी ज़ादा है तो अब इन्शुरन्स प्रीमियम घटकर 7,890 रूपए हो जाएगा , पहले इसका रेट 7,897 रूपए था। और साथ ही भारत सरकार ने इन 3 सालो के प्रीमियम को भी इनक्रीस किया है।

जैसे की अगर 1000cc तक की कारो का प्रीमियम के लिए अब 6,521 रूपए , अगर 1500cc तक की कारो के लिए 10,540 रूपए और 1500cc से अगर ऊपर की कारो के लिए 24,596  रूपए होगा। और उसी प्रकार से दो व्हीलर गाडी के लिए भी इंश्योरेंस का प्रीमियम भी बड़ा दिया गया है। इस वजह से अब गाड़ी खरीदना पड़ सकता है मेहेंगा।

हॉलमार्क जरुरी

अब से इम्पोर्टेन्ट होगा गोल्ड हॉलमार्किंग जो की दूसरे फेज 1 जून से लागु होने वाला है। और अब से 256 पुराने जिलों के अलावा 32 नए जिलों में भी एसेइंग एंड हॉलमार्किंग से सेण्टर खोलने वाले है। और इसके बाद इन सभी 288 जिलों में सोने के जितने भी जेवेलरी होगी उन सभी पर हॉलमार्किंग अनिवार्य हो जाएगा। और इन जिलों में अब से 14 , 18 , 20 , 22 , 23 , और 24 कैरेट के जेवेलरी को ही सेल कर पाएंगे। और इनको भी  हॉलमार्किंग के बिना बेचना अब संभव नहीं होगा।

आरबीआई (RBI Bank News) ओन बैंकिंग एप्लीकेशन

रिज़र्व बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया ने देश में नए बैंको के गठन से जुड़ी 6 एप्लीकेशन को सीधे ख़ारिज भी कर दिया है। अब आरबीआई की तरफ से ख़ारिज किए गए आवेदन में से एक फ्लिपकार्ट के को – फाउंडर सचिन बंसल की अगुवाई वाली चैतन्य इंडिया फिन क्रेडिट प्राइवेट ल‍िम‍िटेड समेत 6 कंपनियों की एप्लीकेशन को डायरेक्ट ख़ारिज कर दिया है।

भारत के आरबीआई बैंक ने जिन -जिन आवेदनों को ख़ारिज किया है , उनमे से एक है स्माल फाइनेंस बैंक जिनके आवेदन भी जुड़े हुए है। आरबीआई की तरफ से यह बताया गया है की इन आवेदनों को उपयुक्त नहीं पाए जाने पर इन्हे कैंसिल किया गया है।

सेंट्रल बैंक ने तो यह कहा है कि,’ इन आवेदनों कि जाँच प्रक्रिया तय समय के हिसाब से पूरी कर ली गई है। और इस में यह पाया गया है कि आवेदन किए गए बैंको कि स्थापना को मंजूरी देने के लिए वह लायक बिलकुल भी नहीं है।

आवेदन हुए ख़ारिज

बैंको कि केटेगरी में अनुपयुक्त पाए गए आवेदन में यूएई एक्सचेंज एंड फाइनेंसियल सर्विसेज लिमिटेड , रिपेट्रिएट्स कोऑपरेटिव फाइनेंस एंड डेवलपमेंट बैंक लिमिटेड, चैतन्य इंडिया फिन क्रेडिट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और साथ ही वैश्य एवं अन्य भी थे।

इसका यह मतलब है कि सचिन बंसल ने यह सितम्बर , साल 2019 में लग भग 739 करोड़ रूपए के इन्वेस्टमेंट और कमिटमेंट के साथ उन्होंने चैतन्य में बड़ी हिस्सेदारी खरीदी थी।

जैसे कि स्माल फाइनेंसियल बैंक कि केटेगरी में सिर्फ कालीकट सिटी सर्विस को  कॉर्पोरेट बैंक ली। और साथ ही वीसॉफ्ट टेक्नोलॉजीज प्राइवेट ली , एप्लीकेशन भी सही नहीं पाई गई। आरबीआई बैंक को स्माल फाइनेंस केटेगरी में से कुल 11 आवेदन ही मिले थे।

और बाकि बचे 5 आवेदन लाइसेंस कि प्रक्रिया का हिस्सा अभी बने हुए है ,’सेंट्रल बैंक ने यह बताया है कि ,’ बाकि एप्लीकेशन कि जाँच कि जा रही है , और बचे आवेदनों को लघु वित्त बैंको से जुड़े हुए है।

वेस्ट एंड हाउसिंग फाइनेंस लिमिटेड, अखिल कुमार गुप्ता, द्वारा क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण फाइनेंस सर्विसेज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, कॉस्मी फाइनेंशियल होल्डिंग्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और टेली सॉल्यूशंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने भी यह आवेदन किए हुए हैं।

अब सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए बेहद जरूरी खबर है। अभी सरकार ने जो ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम को लेकर एक बहुत बड़ा फैसला किया है , यह बैठक में जो भी 1 जनवरी 2004 और उसके बाद नियुक्त हुए उन सभी सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए पुरानी पेंशन योजना को लागू करने की बजट घोषणा के क्रियान्वयन के लिए नियमो में आवश्यक संशोधनों को भी मंजूरी मिल गई है।

अब तो सरकार की तरफ से इस फैसले के बाद से सभी कर्मचारियों को अपनी सेवानिवृत्ति पर पेंशन के साथ में उसके लाभों के लेटर भी होंगे। और इसके साथ ही कर्मचारियों को राजस्थान की सरकार उन्हें स्वास्थ्य योजना के तहत कैशलेस चिकित्सा की सुविधा भी मिलेगी।

इसका यह मतलब है की राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गहलोत की अध्यक्षता में राज्य मंत्रिमंडल और साथ में मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में कई अहम फैसले भी लिए गये। बैठक में समान पात्रता परीक्षा के आयोजन ,और सीधी भर्तियों में साक्षात्कार का प्रावधान हटाने और साथ में कुछ पदों पर साक्षात्कार का भारांक अधिकतम 10 प्रतिशत निर्धारित करने जैसे कई बड़े फैसले हुए है।

फ़िलहाल, नई जो भी पेंशन स्कीम होती है उसमे फ़ायदा कम ही मिलता है , इसलिए राज्य स्तर पर होल्ड पेंशन स्कीम को लेकर आंदोलन भी चलाए जा रहे है । जो सरकारी की पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम को लागू करने के लिए एक मंच पर एकजुट होने लगे है। आपको यह भी बता दे कि साल 2010 के बाद से सरकार ने नई पेंशन योजना के तहत कर्मचारियों को नियुक्त भी किया है।

इसका मतलब यह है कि जो भी पुरानी पेंशन योजना में कर्मचारियों की सैलरी से कोई भी कटौती नहीं की जाती थी । और इसके अलावा, उन कर्मचारियों को जीपीएफ की भी सुविधा  दी जाती थी। और साथ ही रिटायरमेंट के समय पर भी सैलरी की करीब – करीब आधी राशि पेंशन के रूप में हर महीने दी जाती थी।
