Animal Teaser Out! Ranbir Kapoor’s Never Seen Before Rugged Gangster Avatar Leaves Fans Intrigued; Alia Bhatt Reacts

Animal Teaser Out: The long wait is finally over Ranbir Kapoor is back with his upcoming film ‘Animal’. Ranbir, who is primarily recognized for his romantic roles, is portraying the role of a rugged and dashing gangster in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial. The film which is slated to hit the silver screens on December 1st is generating immense hype since a sneak peek of the teaser sent shockwaves across the internet a few months ago.

The two-minute teaser begins with a conversation between Rashmika Mandanna and Ranbir Kapoor about the prospect of having children. Subsequently, it unveils the formidable and aggressive nature of Ranbir’s father, portrayed by Anil Kapoor. Despite his father’s intense demeanour, Ranbir’s character continues to defend him, referring to him as the ‘best father’. “Animal” delves into the complexities of a strained father-son relationship within the gritty and violent underworld. This tumultuous backdrop ultimately propels the protagonist towards a descent into psychopathy.
Sharing the teaser, filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “Check it out guys.”

Ranbir Kapoor’s wife and Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt also shared the teaser on her official Instagram account and said,”No caption needed, because this one is fire. #Animal in theatres December 1″.

For the unversed, T-Series made the official announcement of “Animal” on January 1, 2021, via a video that featured prominent actors including Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Parineeti Chopra in the cast. However, in March 2022, there was a change in the cast as Rashmika Mandanna stepped in to replace Parineeti Chopra. This decision came about because Parineeti Chopra opted to work on Imtiaz Ali’s project, “Chamkila,” instead of “Animal.” Rashmika Mandanna assumed the role of Geetanjali, Ranbir Kapoor’s on-screen wife.
Initially scheduled for release on August 11, 2023, “Animal” faced a delay and was rescheduled to hit theatres on December 1, 2023. This postponement was attributed to pending post-production tasks.
